[SGVHAK] [SGVLUG] new DSL configuration

Thanks all, for your feedback.

When I prequalified for Fusion on their website, it said I could get up to
5Mbps. When I used a relative's info, it said up to 10Mbps. So looks like
my area still gets sub-par DSL speeds.

My cable internet contract is up, with the requisite price increase, so I'm
looking into what broadband would be best now. I'm considering DSL Extreme
Fusion, regular DSL from DSLExtreme or AT&T, AT&T U-verse or trying to get
a better price from current cable internet provider.

If I get AT&T U-verse, anyone know if they do something such that it's
difficult/impossible to go back to regular phone/DSL service?
