[SGVHAK] Internet-in-a-Box video testers

Hi folks,

As part of the Internet-in-a-Box project, I've got 3,800 Khan Academy 
videos transcoded in webm and H.264 formats, which I intend to make 
accessible via HTML5 <video> tags.

I want this to work on a variety of devices, particularly phones and 
tablets.  If some of you can try this video sample on a few devices and 
report success or failure to me I would appreciate it:

If any of you have advice on better ways to do this I'm all ears. This 
is my first attempt at HTML5 video.
