[SGVHAK] Internet-in-a-Box video testers

I am happy to report that it works on my Nexus 4 running 4.2.2 with the
stock Chrome browser.

I also tried some browsers on my Ubuntu desktop and while Firefox worked
fine, I am heartbroken to report that I was not able to get the video to
show up under lynx =(
