[SGVHAK] Notes from SCALE

I'd also like to give my thanks to everyone who attended the BoF. We had
a great session and have some real definite plans for a great 20th
anniversary event in November. Also a big thanks to Steven and Dave for
manning the booth for three days and connecting us with many new people.
