I've had DSLExtreme Fusion for almost a year and have been very happy
with the service.

I am located in South Pasadena near Mission and Fair Oaks, and get
several megabits down and maybe half a megabit up.

With Fusion you are on the Sonic network and not the DSLExtreme
network. Sonic blocks outbound port 25 and will not unblock it,
unlike DSLExtreme. They also put in a layer of phishing threat DNS
filtering. I haven't ran into any other obstructions.

The Sonic phone service is good, although for some reason you have to
dial "1" even before local numbers.

I haven't had any outages and customer service was live, fast, and
helpful the few times I've called.

I don't think DSLExtreme/Sonic would use a different CO than AT&T. As
far as I understand your CO is hardwired to be your CO. Does
DSLReports still have the CO distance information available, or have
they gone downhill?
