Hi Bill,

It's at my house in San Gabriel.  I don't think it's wheelchair friendly.  When my car is in the driveway, there's little room to get to the back of the house.    Unfortunately, there are stairs going into the house at the back and the front, the bathroom will be a problem.  The party will be mainly on the patio and backyard.
