[SGVHAK] Raspberry Pi Model B now ships with 512MB of RAM

Seems that the Raspberry Pi foundation has done yet another upgrade for new customers. They are now shipping Pi models with 512MB of RAM instead of 256. http://www.raspberrypi.org/archives/2180

However I don't believe if you ordered right now you would necessarily get one. You will get whatever is on hand in inventory from your vendor as Joel reported earlier.
