<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0"><tr><td valign="top"><p>Wow.  This story is from October 2012.  A teenager decided to build a tumbleweed house from scratch in his parent's backyard.  I liked the little documentary video embedded on this page about the process, which follows up with him every year over the three years he spent on the project.  He shows what he built and how it fits in with his lifestyle.   It's impressive what he has accomplished.  By the end of the video, he'd already been sleeping there for over a year, and he looked completely moved in.  </p>
