[SGVHAK] Cool paper circuits resource

I'd like us to continue representing at mini maker fairs and STEM events as well as collaborate with groups like LA Makerspace and Tinkering and STEM for Kids in Pasadena.
I've mentioned a few times that I'd like to bring back the Saturday family-friendly HAK meetings at the Pasadena library, which might happen in the April/May timeframe.
