[SGVHAK] lasercutting fabric

That should be okay.   We have CO2 lasers.  We'll probably need to
play with the setting a bit, ie laser intensity and duty cycle to
minimize burning the edges.     The limiting factor will be th maximum
cut area or 24"x18" and 24"x12" of the existing lasers.
