[SGVHAK] Friday & Saturday Work Session

Any arduino hackers planing on going Friday night?

I believe I'm going to exceed the number of I/O pins on an Uno so I'm 
contemplating upgrading to a Mega but have a few questions before I do.  
Specifically looking for anyone with experience with the following:

1) Arduino Mega vs Yun
2) Hall effect sensors vs magnetic reed switches.
3) Synch LED strip to analog signal via PWM.
4) Using ethernet shield vs WiFi shield.

If I can get my project tidied up a bit I'll try to bring it.

BTW, did anyone else get burned by smartmaker on idiegogo that never 
shipped?
Has anyone ever ordered from and received anything from Gadgetcat.com 
located in FL?
