[SGVHAK] Upcoming meeting/events this Saturday

Hi all,

This Saturday is a pretty busy day.

A bunch of us are planning on meeting for breakfast at 8am and then going to the TRW Swap Meet.  This will be out at Redondo Beach  A part of the group will be taking the ham radio exams, which run from 10am to 12pm.

The Saturday HAK is from 2pm to 5pm.  This will be our last meeting at Hastings Branch library.  I was unable to renew our reservation at this branch because it is too darned popular.  I have put in a reservation with the Lamanda Branch library near Altadena and Colorado.  Assuming the head office approves the reservation, we will start meeting there in July.


MAG Lab, a hackerspace in Pomona, is having a grand reopening bbq starting around 5pm to celebrate the renovations to their space.  I've been curious about this hackerspace for a while, so I intend on visiting and checking it out.
