[SGVHAK] Nullspace Labs lost their space

What about the place where Game Empire moved out of?  It's on
Colorado, it was still empty when I drove by a few days ago.  Game
Empire decided to move when the landlord wanted to raise their rent
and Chuck decide to look elsewhere and found a larger place down the
road.

Don't remember the address but it was next to a tanning salon.  Looks
like the location is just east of Roosevelt and Colorado. IIRC, Game
Empire had two adjoining units with parking in the pack.

Address might be 2297 East Colorado - at least according to
googlemap's estimate.  But looking at the old pic on google street
view it might be 2302 on the door.
