[SGVHAK] Make Magazine Format Change

Apparently Make Magazine is changing their periodicity and magazine
size. For 9 years it has been journal sized and published 4 times a
month. Starting in 2014 it will be published 6 times a year and have a
regular magazine size:

I thought this was interesting because they claim the reason is there is
a demand for more issues due to a growing maker community.
