[SGVHAK] The Modem Challenge

As I stated, I will give kudos to anyone who can set up a VOIP service like
skype as a modem here.

Also if you know how to use Win 3.1, I have a 3.1 box with a modem on the
back, but no idea how to use it to call Braddock.
