[SGVHAK] The Raspberry Root Non-BBS

Sadly, I have taken down the Raspberry Root BBS.  I need the POTS line 
for other purposes, and there was a dearth of callers.

I may resurrect it as a telnet BBS if I can safely isolate it from the 
internet.
