Orvac is open in Monrovia. They are still setting up, and things are still a bit disorganized, but they've made a lot of progress last week.

FYI - Their website indicates  Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5:00pm, but they are open on Saturdays. 10:00 -3:00 I believe.
