[SGVHAK] where to buy power supplies and steppers made in "free" countries

I'm gathering parts to build a 3d printer and I am wondering if anyone
has leads on where to find steppers and power supplies that are  made
in "free" countries as oppose to "non-free" countries like China,
Saudi Arabia, and Russia.

The recommended power supply has a 12V/30A rating.   The steppers are
nema17s.   Gecko has the nema17  88oz-in  stepper at ~$45ea. while the
nema23 280 oz-in are $55ea for 4.
