I was finally able to logon this morning. At first, only a handful of eBooks were presented, but after logging in multiple times, everything now appears to be available.

I was not impressed with the selection of books available for the promotion. Out of the 912 books they say are available, only a fraction of older stuff seems open to this promotion.
