[SGVHAK] Free eBook from Packt Publishing

I don't think their site is handling the traffic too well. Earlier it 
seemed a bit slow and now all I get when I try to login is: "502 Bad 
Gateway".

I was not impressed with the selection of books available for the 
promotion. Out of the 912 books they say are available, only a fraction 
of older stuff seems open to this promotion.
